MK Facility Group was created from a simple belief: quality service, genuine accountability and strong relationships should be at the heart of every clean.
Our story began before 2022 through residential cleaning and word-of-mouth referrals. In 2022, we officially launched Master Maids, our family-owned residential cleaning business.
What began as a small operation grew organically through recommendations, repeat clients and referrals. As our client base expanded, so did the opportunities. We began servicing offices and commercial environments and quickly recognised that commercial facilities required their own dedicated approach, systems and level of management.
Rather than trying to make one business fit every type of client, we made the decision to create a dedicated commercial division. MK Facility Group was born. Today, our business operates across two focused divisions: Master Maids for residential cleaning and MK Facility Group for commercial and facility services.
Why We Created MK Facility Group
Commercial cleaning is more than simply completing a list of cleaning tasks. Businesses, schools, medical facilities, strata properties, offices and commercial sites each have different requirements, risks, operating hours and expectations.
MK Facility Group was established to provide these environments with a more focused and structured service — one built around site-specific scopes, trained personnel, safety, communication, quality assurance and ongoing accountability. Separating our commercial operations allows our team to give commercial clients the attention they deserve while continuing to maintain the personalised approach that helped build our original family business.

OUR PEOPLE MATTER
The standard of our service ultimately comes down to the people delivering it. That’s why we place importance on selecting reliable personnel, appropriate screening and inductions, clear expectations, site-specific training and ongoing communication.
Where a site requires particular qualifications, checks or inductions, these requirements are identified as part of our mobilisation process before personnel are assigned. We want our team members to understand not only what needs to be cleaned, but also why the environment, safety requirements and agreed standards matter.

This structure allows each division to remain focused on its clients while sharing the values that have guided us from the beginning.
